Our Founders

The founders of Honestli rose through the ranks of global organizations in both healthcare and technology, reaching executive levels where they saw firsthand how honest feedback is often the missing ingredient in individual and organizational growth.

In corporate settings, people hesitate to speak openly — fearing how feedback might be received by managers or peers. And beyond the workplace, the same challenge appears in everyday life: a friend avoiding hard truths, or a team member unsure whether it’s safe to share a different perspective.

The founders believed there had to be a better way — one that empowers people to share candid feedback without risk, ego, or performance. That belief became the foundation of Honestli: a space built to protect both honesty and relationships.

The Problem With Public Feedback

Why We Built It
